these 8/28 yarns are loosely twisted up for the designers at Johnstons of Elgin to give very attractive knitwear, as the colors mix wonderfully when in the final garment... they are created from 4 strands of the top quality 2/28NM laceweight cashmeres we also sell... we only sell them more cheaply because we would like more people to try them :-)

note that if you are trying them please make sure you buy enough - the final knitted effect can vary with the twist level even if the yarn colors are the same, we can be sure a whole order matches but not always a repeat order...
