These yarns are one of Johnstons main yarn types, with one tight spun strand of 50 Tex (1/20NM) and one soft spun strand of 140Tex (1/7NM) twisted together to give a lovely mix of soft fluffiness with a tighter, usually contrasting, strand mixed in. These yarns give 870 yards per cone and about 2,700 yards per lb.
