These yarns are spun by Todd & Duncan of Kinross, Scotland, and are marketed under the brand name Coast. They give better stitch definition and strength than pure cashmere. They feel much crisper from the cotton of course but are still soft and ideal for lightweight pullovers or baby clothes...

As 8/38 NM yarns these give 780 yards per cone, 2,380 yards per lb, and should give 24-28 stitches on a 4 inch swatch, using US 3-5 or 3-3.75 mm needles.
