55% Cashmere 45% silk aran weight

These yarns are mill twisted for us from 24 strands of the Italian spun (for Todd & Duncan of Scotland, branded Sensation) cobweb weights. Made from the best cashmere and silk fibres they are still soft but give better stitch definition and feel sleeker but also a bit crisper than the pure cashmere - and of course the silk gives extra brightness to the colours... We have had the cobweb weight twisted first into 4 plies and then had 6 plies of the result twisted together to give a more ropelike look and texture, these will make amazing chunky style garments that are still soft and light..
