Aran, pur cachemire, 8/16 NM

Quatre fils de cachemire 2/16 NM sont retordus ensemble, spécialement pour nous. Il s'agit du cachemire 4 fils Khaki de Hinchcliffe, que nous vendons par ailleurs. Le fil est bien équilibré, grâce au traitement par vaporisation. Après un bon lavage, il donne une maille épaisse mais très douce et gonflante.

Fil de 8/16 NM, donnant 295 mètres par cônes, soit 2000 mètres au kilo. Echantillon : 12 à 16 mailles pour 10 cm.

This is the Cloud Bolero by Ysolda Teague. It took less than a cone of 12/28 cashmere for size large and was knitted with size 7 mm needles to obtain gauge of 12sts and 16 rows on 4 inches.
I used the beaded picot cast-off from Knitty's Ice Queen on Marialis B. The gleam of the beads goes so well with the sheen of the yarn.
